SHIPPING

All orders will be shipped directly from the designer/manufacturer within 2-3 business days, with the exception of custom-made items which can take up to 2 weeks depending on the designer/manufacturer. Most items are custom made and are made at the time of order and can take up to 2 weeks to be ready for delivery. If you require rush shipping, please email us for a quote.

Items may sometimes ship together, but not always. We have many talented designers/manufacturers that ship all over the United States and Canada. Some orders can come in several shipments.

Shipping is a based on the total purchase price at checkout. The below chart does not apply to international orders.  Please email us for international shipping quotes.  Faster shipping options are available.  If you need your order rush shipped please email us for a quote.

ACCEPTED METHODS OF PAYMENT

We accept credit card and e-check payments through our payments processor, Paypal. Paypal now allows anyone to pay us via credit card without having a paypal account!

RETURN POLICY

Items can be returned only if you contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. The item will have to be returned back to the designer in the new original condition within 30 days. This means that the item must be in the original packaging, undamaged, clothing can not have been used or worn and must have original tags and package material with them. When shipping back goods it is important to be sure to carefully re-package appropriately so no damage will occur en route back to the designer. We do require that an item must be in new condition when it is received back to us in order to give credit of the item(s). We will refund you the price of the product once the items are received back to our designer in new condition. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs back to BlueZoo Boutique for the return. Shipping charges are not refunded.

PERSONALIZATION RETURNS

Sorry, but personalized items cannot be returned unless there is a problem with the spelling or if the item has been damaged in transit.
